There will be a one time setup fee per customer of $40.00 on all contract Support Levels.
Silver Level Support              $34.00
Gold Level Support               $46.00
Platinum Level Support         $58.00
Per Call Support is also available with no contract or Sign Up Fee.   $60.00 per call
